CAREER:
Non-scholarship student-athlete who walked on the Mississippi State football program in 2004 . . . Has played in five games with three starting assignments at the punter position and has served as the holder for placements during his career . . . Has punted 18 times for 650 yards, a 36.1-yard average, with a career-long 54-yard punt . . . Came to MSU following two seasons at the junior college level . . . Played at Hinds (Miss.) Community College following a high school career at nearby Starkville High School.
Continued to compete for playing time at both punter and holder during the spring . . . Punted three times for a 35.7-yard average during the spring-ending Maroon and White game . . . Will enter two-a-day practice looking for work at his specialties.
Served as the team’s top back-up at punter and holder during his senior season, but did not see any game action . . .
