Won the starting job at punter from the outset of his collegiate career as a true freshman at Mississippi State ... Has started all 36 games at the position during his career ... Has punted 214 times for 8,513 yards, a 39.8-yard average, with 47 of his punts being downed inside the 20-yard line and 14 more going for touchback ... His 214 career punts after three seasons are tied for second on the school’s all-time attempts’ list, just four kicks away from owning that all-time State record ... Punted seven times for a 41.6-yard average in the Bulldogs’ season opener against South Carolina ...
