CAREER:
Made an immediate impact with the Mississippi State football program following his arrival on campus from the Georgia prep ranks . . . Has played in 28 games, having earned 16 starting calls during his sophomore and junior seasons . . . Contributed primarily on special teams and as a reserve at defensive end during his initial season . . . Has made 71 tackles for the Bulldogs, including 10.5 for loss (minus 34 yards), four and one-half of which were quarterback sacks (minus 22 yards) . . . Has also been credited with one blocked kick, five caused fumbles and three fumble recoveries . . .
