Has played in three games during his Mississippi State career, seeing action against Jacksonville State in his redshirt freshman campaign and two games as a junior . . . Came to Mississippi State following a solid high school career in the Mississippi prep ranks.
2008:
Played in two games during his junior season, the first two of the year . . . Was on the field for seven offensive snaps at Louisiana Tech in the season opener, scoring an 85 percent blocking grade . . . Returned to the playing field a week later in the Bulldogs’ home-opening win over Southeastern Louisiana.
2007:
Did not see action during his sophomore season.
2006:
Played in one game during his redshirt freshman season . . . Saw his first collegiate work in the Bulldogs’ Week 7 win over Jacksonville State.
2005:
Sat out the season as a true freshman redshirt.

Rated the No. 20 prospect in the state of Mississippi by Dawgs Bite Magazine in its preseason listing of the state’s top players . . . Ranked the No. 28 prospect in the state of Mississippi prior to his senior season by recruiting web site Rivals.com, the No. 6-ranked offensive lineman . . . Credited with running a 4.9 in the 40-yard dash and with a 375-pound bench press by Rivals . . .
