Has played in 11 games during his Mississippi State career after transferring from Alcorn (Miss.) State . . . Registered six tackles, contributing primarily on special teams, during that one varsity season . . . Played at nearby Starkville (Miss.) High School during his prep career.
Registered five tackles with a pass deflection during three spring scrimmages to continue contention for playing time in the secondary and on special teams.
Played in all 11 games during his junior season, working primarily on special teams, but seeing some action as a reserve in the secondary . . . Made six tackles on the year . . .
