2005 CROSS COUNTRY:
Wrapped up the season running 25:37.79 at the SEC Championships.
2005 OUTDOOR TRACK:
Finished fourth in the 1500-meter
run at the Jace Lacoste Invitational... Anchored 4x800-meter relay team
at Texas (7:40.28)... Finished fifth in the 1500-meter run at the
Bulldog Invitational (4:09.23)... Set a personal best in the 5000-meter
run (15:49.54)... Ran second leg of 4x800 (7:44.86) and first leg of
distance medley relay (10:11.02), both finished second at Alabama.
2004 CROSS COUNTRY:
Finished sixth at the MSU Short Course (15:24.98).
2004 OUTDOOR TRACK:
Had a career best time in the
1500-meter run (4:04.81) at the SEC Championships...Part of two fourth
place teams at the Alabama Relays (4x800-meter relay, 7:49.20 and
distance medley relay, 10:34.79).
2003 CROSS COUNTRY:
Took eighth at the MSU
Invitational (15:32.60)... Posted a top 10 finish at the Bulldog
Invitational (28:09)... Started his career with a 21:21.90 run at the
Memphis Twilight Classic.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Prepped at Hoover (Ala.) High School...
Won the State Cross Country Championships all four years of his high
school career... Named 11-time all-State in track... Earned Scholar
Athlete of the Week honors for the city of Hoover...Won the 800-meter
run at the indoor state championship as a sophomore...Member of the
4x800 relay team that won the Alabama State Championship during his
sophomore campaign.
