Placed 11th in the javelin at the SEC Championships with a personal
best 177-03... Set a personal best in the pole vault (14-00 1/4) at the
LSU Alumni Gold meet... Cleared 14-00 in the pole vault and threw the
javelin 144-11 at the Jace Lacoste Invitational... Finished fourth in
the javelin at the Bulldog Invitational (154-03)... In his first meet
as a Bulldog, threw the javelin at FSU (163-03), finishing ninth.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Attended St. Aloysius High School in
Vicksburg, Miss... Lettered in both track and football all four
years... Set a Mississippi High School Activities Association Class 1A
state record in the pole vault (13-06)... State champion in the pole
vault his sophomore and senior seasons... In football, named Most
