2006 OUTDOOR:
Earned all-America status as a member of the seventh-place 4x400-meter
relay at the NCAA Championships (3:05.00)... Team ran 3:05.20 to finish
eighth in the qualifying round... Ran first leg of relay most of
season... At the Mideast Regional, squad qualified for nationals after
finishing third in a season's best 3:03.09, the third best time in the
conference this year... In the open 400, ran 46.5 to finish 12th...
Finished fifth at the SEC Championships in the 4x4 (3:10.10) and fifth
in the 400 (46.61) after posting a qualifying time of 46.68... 4x4 won
Auburn Invitational (3:05.43), Penn Relays (3:06.54), Jace Lacoste
Invitational (3:07.98) and FSU Snowbird (3:09.37), all regional
qualifying marks... Won Alabama Relays 4x4 in 3:16.92... Ran second leg
of winning distance medley relay at the FSU Snowbird (10:09.13)... At
the Auburn Invitational, qualified for the regional meet by finishing
second in the 400 (46.45)... Also finished second in the 4x4 at Bulldog
Invitational (3:08.40)... Ran third leg of second-place sprint medley
relay team (3:31.26)... Anchored second-place 4x200-meter relay at the
Alabama Relays (1:24.72)... Finished third in the 400 at the Bulldog
Invitational (47.24)... Ran a personal best in the 200-meter dash
(22.08) at the Bulldog Invitational.
