Turned in a time of 26:34.82 and an eight-place finish at the Sewanne
Invite to open the season ... Led all MState competitors at the NCAA
South Regional
2006 OUTDOOR:
At the SEC Championships, finished 26th
in the 5000-meter run (14:55.41)... Ran a personal best 14:34.16 in the
5000-meter run at the FSU Snowbird, finishing fourth... Won his first
3000-meter steeplechase, running 9:42.26 at the Jace Lacoste
Invitational... At the Bulldog Invitational, took ninth in the
3000-meter run with a personal-best 8:54.70... Ran first leg of winning
distance medley relay team at the LSU Tiger Relays which ran a season's
best 10:09.13... In the Olympic Development 5000-meter run at the Penn
Relays, ran 14:47.51... Anchored third-place distance medley relay
squad at the Alabama Relays (10:25.53).
2005 CROSS COUNTRY:
Earned all-South Region honors
with a 23rd place finish at the NCAA South Regional... Finished 38th at
the SEC Championships (24:37.08)... Earned a top 10 finish at the
Auburn Invitational, running the 8K course in 24:17.62.
JACKSONVILLE (Ala.) STATE
Ran at the 2004 NCAA Cross
Country South Regional (31:05, 10K)... Ran 15:12 at the 2004 Midnight
Run... Finished the Auburn Invitational 8K course in 25:54.

Finished fourth in the indoor
5000-meter run at the NJCAA national championships... Took fourth in
the 5000- and 10,000-meter runs at the outdoor national meet...
Personal records are 1:56 (800), 3:58 (1500), 4:26 (mile) and 9:18
(two-mile)... Member of Phi Theta Kappa.
HIGH SCHOOL:
Attended Good Hope (Ala.) High School...
Won eight individual state championships... Set state record in the
