JUNIOR COLLEGE: Appeared in 46 of his team’s 47 games as a sophomore in 2015, hitting .310 in 168 at-bats • Totaled 33 runs, 23 RBIs, 16 walks, 10 doubles and six stolen bases • Earned tournament MVP honors after leading team to the California Community College Athletic Association state championship • Hit .500 in the state championship tournament with two RBIs, including a home run in the state championship game en route to earning MVP honors • Played summer ball for the Conejo Oaks in the California Collegiate League, hitting .283 in 53 at-bats with 14 RBIs, nine runs, four walks, three stolen bases and two stolen bases.

High School: A 2013 graduate of Oaks Christian High School in Westlake Village, California, where he was named honorable mention California Region by Perfect Game as a senior • Earned honorable mention All-America status by Perfect Game in 2011 and 2012 • Named first-team All-CIF Division 4, Ventura County Player of the Year, All-Tri Valley League MVP, NCSAA First-Team All-American and first-team all-county by the Ventura County Star • As a senior in 2013, hit .343 with a .417 on base percentage and a .667 slugging percentage • Led Ventura County in RBIs (37), tied for the lead in home runs (8) and finished third in runs scored (30) • Hit three grand slams, including one in the 14-4 CIF quarterfinal win • Drove in two runs in a 3-0 semifinal win • As a junior, batted .330 (30 for 91) with two home runs, 18 RBI and 20 runs scored • As a sophomore, hit .172 (10 for 58) with four RBI and 10 runs scored • High school coach was Tim Penprase.
