JUNIOR COLLEGE:
Two-year regular on the pitching staff at Seward Community College in Liberal, Kans. • Coached by Galen McSpadden • Compiled a 9-3 record with a 2.59 earned run average and tied for the team lead with six complete games • Pitched in 14 games, drawing 12 starts and registering 58 strikeouts in 75.2 innings • Helped lead the Saints to a 37-22 mark • Made three post-season mound appearances (two starts), allowing but three runs in 20 innings and earning a pair of wins • Earned honorable mention All-Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference honors in 2009 • Posted a 1-3 record with a save and a 4.79 earned run average as a freshman at Seward CC in 2008 • Spring 2009 signee.
