2016 Indoor
- Ran a time of 8.43 in the 60m hurdles finals at the Purple Tiger Invite to finish fourth overall.
- Finished fifth in the triple jump at the Conference Clash with a leap of 41-06.
- Recorded a time of 8.35 in the 60m hurdles finishing 12th at the SEC Championships.
- Placed 13th in the triple jump at the SEC Championships after a leap of 40-08.75.
2015 Outdoor
- During the NCAA East Preliminaries, Flynn competed in both the long jump and the triple jump. She placed 41st in the long jump with a jump of 18-04.25. In the triple jump, she finished 19th with a jump of 41-04.25.
- Her leap of 41-04.25 at the preliminaries is her personal-best and fourth-best in the MSU school recrod books.
- Flynn placed 10th in the long jump at the SEC Championships with a personal-best leap of 19-11.50. She finished 13th at the championships in the triple jump after a jump of 40-09.50.
2015 Indoor
- In her MSU debut, Flynn recorded the third best jump in MSU school history in the triple jump with a leap of 42-02.00.
- Placed second in the triple jump at the UAB Invitational, 42-02.00.
- Finished seventh in the triple jump at the Armory Track Invitational with a leap of 40-11.
- At the 2015 SEC Indoor Championships, Flynn finished 11th, with a leap of 41-05.25.
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Selected as the Atlanta Journal Constitution 2013-2014 Female Track and Field Athlete of the year
- Won the High Point Athlete Award by scoring 31.25 points at the 2014 Georgia High School Association Track & Field State Championships
- Led the Class 5 AAAAA Miller Grove High School Wolverines to their first state championship, where she won all three of her individual events – the long jump (18 feet, 8.75 inches), the 100-meter hurdles (13.96 seconds) and has been ranked No.1 in the triple jump for the last two years in Georgia
- Received the best performance at the state meet for long jump 100m hurdles and the triple jump
- Led Miller Grove to the team title by winning the 100-meter hurdles, the long jump and the triple jump, where her leap of 41-11 set a Class AAAAA record and ranked her No. 4 in the nation.
