- Ran for the first time of the season at the Conference Clash, where she finished 10th in the mile run with a time of 4:56.29.
- Competed in the distance medley relay at the Conference Clash, the team placed sixth with a time of 11:47.78.
- Ran a school record time of 16:22.93 in the 5000m run at the Music City Challenge to finish first.
- Brought home third place in the 5000m run at the SEC Championships after posting a time of 16:32.36.
- Earned fourth place in the 3000m run with a personal-best 9:23.88 at the SEC Championships. Her time is the second-best in program history.
2015 Outdoor
- Broke the MSU school record in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA East Preliminaries with a time of 9:58.06 to qualify for nationals.
- Griesche placed 16th at the NCAA Championships in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:19.36.
- Was named a Second-Team All-American after the completion of the outdoor season.
2015 Indoor
- Placed fourth in the distance medley relay at the SEC Indoor Championships (11:26.86), the third fastest time in MSU school history.
- Part of the 4x800m relay team that won first place at the Armory Track Invitational with a time of 8:56.57.
- Finished ninth in the 3000m run at the Vanderbilt Invitational, with a time of 9:45.03.
2014 Outdoor
- Competed in the 3000m steeplechase at the NCAA Championships where she finished 18th with a time of 10:20.92.
2014 Indoor
- Placed seventh at the SEC Championships in the 3000m run with a personal-best time of 9:35.79.
- Won the 3000m run with a time of 9:38.97 at the Tyson Invitational.
2013 Outdoor
- Broke the MSU school record at the time in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:30.43 at the SEC Championships.
- Her season-best time in the 5000m run was 17:51.89.
- Season-best tim ein the 1500m run came at the Mississippi Open with a time of 4:37.60.
2013 Indoor
- In the 3000m run at the UAB Invitational, Griesche finished fourth with a itme of 10:25.62.
- At the the SEC Championships, Griesche placed 20th with a time of 9:57.49 in the 3000m run.
