- Placed 12th in the 800m run with a time of 2:16.35 at the Commodore Invite.
- Ran on the women's distance medley relay team that finished sixth at the Conference Clash after clocking a time of 11:47.79.
- Part of the women's 4x800m relay team that brought home frist place at the Armory Track Invite with a time of 8:51.60.
- Recorded a personal-best 2:09.51 in the 800m run prelims at the SEC Championships to finish eighth and qualify for finals. She went on to place eighth with a time of 2:09.65.
- Part of the distance medley relay team that posted a time of 11:15.89 to finish third at the SEC Championships.
2015 Outdoor
- Finished 10th in the 1500m run with a time of 4:43.76 at the Crimson Tide Invitational.
- At the Southern Miss Invitational, placed second in the 1500m run with a time of 4:38.37.
- With a time of 4:37.05, Milhoan captured a third place finish in the Jace LaCoste 1500m run.
2015 Indoor
- Finished 13th in the mile run with a time of 5:07.93 at the Samford Invitational.
- Also at the Samford Invitational, she placed 16th in the 3000m run with a time of 10:32.19.
2014 Outdoor
- Season-best in the 1500m run came at the LSU Alumni Gold Meet with a time of 4:45.14.
- Ran the 1500m run at the Golden Eagle Classic, where she finished with a time of 4:46.98.
2013 Outdoor
- Ran the 800m once during the season at the Conference Challenge. She ran a time of 2:22.95.
- Season-best in the 1500m was 4:46.32 at the Battle of the Bayou.
2013 Indoor
- At the UAB Invitational, Milhoan ran a time of 5:31.31 to place 24th in the mile run.
- Finished 38th in the 800m run with a time of 2:23.68 at the Samford Invitational.
- Season-best in the mile run came at the Samford Invitational with a time of 5:13.82 to place 25th.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Earned four letters in cross country and track at James Martin High School in Arlington, Texas.
- Prepped under coach Casey Thompson.
- 2010 Cross Country District Champion.
- Cross Country Most Valuable Runner at James Martin High School.
- Two mile and 1600m record holder at James Martin High School.
