2017: Threw 37.0 innings over 23 relief appearances in his junior season • Named to the 2017 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll • Tossed 4.2 shutout innings in his MSU debut on Opening Day • Threw an inning of perfect relief on March 7 against Louisiana Tech • Pitched 2.2 perfect innings, with two strikeouts, of relief at Arkansas March 18 • Struck out a batter in an inning of perfect relief March 21 against Southern Miss at Trustmark Park • Earned first career win after tossing four strikoeuts in 1.2 innings of shutout relief on March 24 against Tennessee • Threw 1.1 innings of shutout relief March 26 against Tennessee • Picked up second win of the season at Ole Miss on March 31 after pitching 3.2 innings of relief • Allowed just one hit over 2.1 innings of shutout relief at South Carolina, April 15 • Pitched for the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders of the Northwoods League over the summer, striking out 22 batters in 26.1 innings.
