COLLEGE STATION — Finishing up its two-game road swing, Mississippi State (9-11, 0-5 SEC) heads to Texas A&M (4-7, 1-3 SEC) coming off a loss at LSU.
First serve is set for 1:30 p.m. CT from Reed Arena on the SEC Network +. Fans can also access the match on the WatchESPN app.
"We're finishing up the weekend against Texas A&M on their home court, and we're eager to get started," third-year coach David McFatrich said. "Texas A&M has had a couple of injuries this year, but they're always solid. I'm ready to see how we fair, and if the things we've changed in practice and the things we are focusing on can translate into some wins."
The Dawgs face the Aggies for the eighth time. Texas A&M has won every game in the series.

Lehto Chasing The Freshman Assists Record Book ...
Freshman Carina Lehto has been credited with 148 assists this season, the ninth most for a MSU freshman. She is 46 assists away from tying the eighth spot (Grace Hoyt).
Gray Sets Her Eyes On Total Blocks Record Book ...
Freshman Laura Rose Gray has earned 60 total blocks so far this season. She currently holds the ninth spot for most total blocks as a freshman. She is seven total blocks away from eighth place (Erin Seago).

A deciding factor for the Bulldogs this season is within the first two sets. MSU is 6-0 when winning the first two sets and is 1-7 when losing the first two. When splitting the two, the Dawgs are 2-4.
