Left-handed hitting right-side hitter from the Florida prep ranks • Starred in volleyball at Tampa's Academy of the Holy Name • Coached by Doug Chincher • Played on the AHN team that upset top-ranked Bishop Verot in the Florida High School Athletic Association Class 3A volleyball championships • Chosen to compete for Team Florida in the 2007 USA Volleyball High Performance Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. • A member of the Tampa Bay Juniors team that claimed runner-up honors in her American Division classification of the 2007 USA Volleyball Girls Junior Olympic Championships • Concluded her club career in 2008 with the Tampa United Volleyball Club, coached by Jeff Lamb.
