HIGH SCHOOL:
Four-year all-district standout as a middle blocker at Grand Prairie High School • Helped lead coach Amy Hickman's GPHS squad to postseason competition in 2008 • Paced the club and averaged better than 12 kills and 11 blocks per game • Recipient of the district's hitter award in 2008 • Also competed three seasons as a post player in basketball • Member of the Grand Prairie High School Student Council, the Spanish Club, and a two-year honor roll student • Played club volleyball for three years in Grand Prairie with the Texas Image Volleyball Club • Coached in club volleyball by Tammy Clark and Susan Kaufman.
