2024 (Senior Season)
Season: Appeared in 28 games, all out of the bullpen … Through 35.1 innings pitched struck out 41 and walked 14 … Posted an 2.80 ERA … Went 6-1 record with five saves … His six wins were the third most on the team … His five saves rank first among the team … His 28 appearances were the second most on the team and the ninth most in the SEC … Had a season-best five strikeouts against Samford on March 26 … Had 23 scoreless outings on the season.

Southern Miss (2/28): Punched out one Eagle in 0.2 innings pitched. Oklahoma (3/4): Struck out three Sooners in 5.0 innings, in his longest outing of the season. Lipscomb (3/11): Earned first win of the season allowing a single hit. Louisiana (3/15): Did not allow a run in 2.0 innings of work. Grambling (4/4): Did not allow a run in 1 inning pitched. Tennessee (4/27): Struck out three Vols and allowed a single hit in 2.2 innings. Arkansas (5/6): Punched out two Razorbacks in 0.2 innings of work. LSU (5/14): Second longest outing of the season and struck out two and did not allow a run. Texas A&M (5/18): Allowed a single hit in State’s win over the Aggies.
2022 (Sophomore Season – VCU)
Season: Helped guide the team to an Atlantic 10 Championship… Appeared in 17 games, including 15 starts… Compiled a 5-3 record with a 3.60 ERA… Struck out 63 batters in 60.0 innings, walking just 21 and limiting hitters to a .210 average… Struck out a career-high seven batters across four scoreless innings in his first career start against No. 24 Old Dominion on March 1.
2021 (Freshman Season – VCU)
Season: Earned Atlantic 10 All-Rookie Team… Appeared in 21 games, all out of the bullpen and compiled a 9-2 record… Led VCU with nine wins and ranked second on the team with five saves… Threw 53.2 innings, the most of any VCU reliever… Posted a 4.86 ERA with 53 strikeouts… In the A-10 Championship, he struck out 10 batters in 6.1 crucial innings across two wins.
High School
Played at Menchville HS for Head Coach Phil Forbes… Helped guide his team to a District, Championship, Regional Runner-Up and Regional Championship with the Monarchs… Two-time State Tournament participant… Was a 2020 Preseason All-American.
Personal
Son of Craig and Julie Davis… Played club ball for VA Breeze and FTB Tucci… Also played high school basketball. Has one sister, Caitlyn, who plays soccer at USC Upstate.
