Cody Drattlo enters his third season at Mississippi State as the team’s director of volleyball operations.
Before Mississippi State, Drattlo graduated from Indiana in 2018, where he worked as and was in charge of the student managers the past three years with the Hoosiers’ volleyball program.
During his time there, he assisted in practice as well as gameday setup and marketing operations. He also assisted the director of volleyball operations with food and travel coordination. In addition to his home and post-game duties, he was in charge of the other managers.
Drattlo also worked with IU’s volleyball summer camps as a court coach in 2017 after he interned with Indiana’s marketing department in 2016, where he learned more about marketing operations at the Division I level.
He was an assistant coach with South Indy Club for the girls 18-1’s in 2014. In addition to working at SIC, Drattlo also worked with the Hooiserland volleyball club coaching 16’s, 17’s and 18’s from 2015-2018.
A native of Greenwood, Ind., Drattlo earned a Bachelor’s of science degree in sport management and marketing with a minor in coaching.
