Ranked as the No. 16 defensive tackle prospect in the country prior to his senior season by recruiting web site Scout.com, the 39th-best prospect overall . . . Selected to play in the Under Armour All-Star game following his senior season . . . Listed with the top 40 offensive and defensive linemen in the Southeastern Conference area by the G&W Recruiting Report, one of only three linemen listed from the state of Mississippi . . .
