2023 (Junior Season)
Season: Appeared in 52 games while making 52 starts … All of his starts came in right field for the Dawgs … Recorded a .299 batting average on 56 hits, the best of his three-year Mississippi State career … Recorded 11 doubles, 11 home runs, 29 RBIs and 28 walks while stealing six bases … Hit .333 during SEC play … Had 16 multi-hit games while having nine multiple RBI games.
VMI (2/17-19): Batted .333 on opening weekend...Homered twice in game three, marking the second time he had done such in his career. Oklahoma (3/4): Went 2-for-5 from the plate against the Sooners, picking up a double. Valparaiso (3/7): Went 2-for-3 at the dish, picking up a home run...Reached a third time on a walk and scored three times in the contest. Lipscomb (3/10-11): Finished 3-for-4 in game two, including a walk off homer of the Bisons. Nicholls (3/14): Finished 1-for-2 at the plate after drawing two walks. Kentucky (3/17-19): Hit .400 against the Wildcats on the series...Hits included two home runs and a triple...Picked up five RBIs and scored three runs on the weekend. Arkansas State (3/21): Went 2-for-3 in the midweek contest, picking up a double, a stolen base and two RBIs. Vanderbilt (3/24-26): Finished 4-for-9 with two walks on the weekend against the Commodores...Scored four runs while driving in two of his own. South Carolina (3/31-4/1): Picked up five hits on the weekend, including two multi-hit games, while reaching twice on walks. Grambling (4/4): Went 2-for-2 at the dish while reaching on a walk...Stole a season-high two bases...Scored three runs and picked up a RBI. Auburn (4/21-23): Picked up a season high of four hits in game three against the Tigers...Drove in four RBIs on the weekend, including a home run in game two. Arkansas (5/5-7): Went 3-for-4 in the final game of the series … Went 4-for-10 in the series. LSU (5/12-14): Went 3-for-5 in game two of the series with two RBIs and a double. Texas A&M (5/18-20): Was 3-for-12 in the final series of the year … Scored three runs in the series.
2022 (Sophomore Season)
Season: Appeared in 55 games, starting 52 as the right fielder...Tallied 48 hits, 12 of which were doubles, one triple, and 14 home runs...Drew 26 walks and stole two bases on the year...Had a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage.
Tulane (3/4-6): Went 2-for-4 in game one producing three RBIs, two being from a home run...Homered again in game two on a 1-for-3 day with 2 walks. Princeton (3/11-13): Hit .727 in the three game series... In game one, went 3-for-5 with seven RBIs, by way of one homer and two doubles... Went 3-for-3 in game two with a double and home run, scoring two runs...In game three, scored two runs while going 2-for-3 with a double; also reached on a walk. Southern (3/23): Hit 3-for-4 in the midweek victory. Gained two RBIs on a home run, also hit a double. Alabama (3/25-27): Produced three RBIs on a home run in game one in route to a series win for the Bulldogs. UT Martin (4/5): Went 2-for-3 with a home run. Jackson State (4/19): Went 1-for-2 while also reaching on a walk; scored two runs. Missouri (4/29-5/1): Hit .364 a four RBI weekend, spotlighted by a home run in game one. Tennessee (5/19-21): Went 5-for-11 on the weekend with one home run, one double, and three RBIs.
2021 (Freshman Season)
Season: Appeared in 33 games with 26 starts...recorded 22 hits, seven of which were doubles, one triple, and five home runs...drove in 16 RBIs, drew 14 walks and stole a base...made his first collegiate appearance vs. Texas (2/20) and his first collegiate start vs. Jackson State (2/24).
Southern (4/6): Walked twice and scored a run. Arkansas State (4/13): Entered the game as a pinch hitter in the eighth inning...walked and scored a run, then hit a three-run home run in the same inning, his first of his collegiate career. The Citadel (5/5): Went 1-for-3 with a double, a walk and two runs scored. South Carolina (5/7-9): Made his first start in conference play...started in the third game of the series...went 2-for-4 with a triple, a run scored and drew a walk and intentionally walked. Missouri (5/13-15): Hit .308 during the series…scored two runs and drove in an RBI in games two and three...homered in game two and went 3-for-5 in game three with a double. Alabama (5/20-22): Went 2-for-4 with an RBI-double and a run scored in game one...singled and reached base via error to score a run in game three. NCAA Starkville Regional (6/4-7): Went 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored in game one vs. Samford (6/4)...homered, walked and reached by fielding error with three RBIs in game two vs. VCU (6/5). NCAA Starkville Super Regional vs. Notre Dame (6/12-14): Singled, walked and scored a run in game one...went 1-for-2 with two walks, an RBI-double and a run scored in game three. NCAA College World Series (6/20-30): Started every game played in the tournament...drew a walk and hit a two-run home run in the eighth inning of game two vs. Virginia (6/22)...went 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored in game four vs. Texas (2/26). NCAA Championship Series (6/28-30): Walked in game one...doubled and walked in game two...hit a three-run home run in the seventh inning of game three.
