2024 (Sophomore Season)
Season: Made three appearances with two starts… In eight innings he totaled 12 strikeouts, seven hits, four runs (three earned) and a single walk…Ended the year with a 3.38 ERA.
Jackson State (2/27): Had two strikeouts in two innings of relief work. South Alabama (3/12): Struck out a season-high six Jaguars and walked none in three innings. Memphis (3/19): Punched out four and allowed three hits in three innings of work.
2023 (Freshman Season)
Season: Made seven appearances on the mound, making five starts… Finished the season with a 2-1 record… Pitched 26.1 innings on the season and had an ERA of 3.08… Had the seventh most strikeouts on the season with 43… Limited opponents to a .146 average… Picked up his first collegiate victory on March 7 against Valparaiso.
VMI (2/19): Debuting on the mound in the top of the seventh he faced three batters walking one in 1.0 innings of work. ULM (2/21): Making his first start of his college career he put up eight punch outs in four innings of work…allowing two hits, one run and walking four batters. Southern Miss (2/28): Making his second start of the season…walked six batters, allowed four runs on two hits…struck out five Eagles. Valparaiso (3/7): Earned his first win of the season…came into the game striking out three straight…held Valparaiso scoreless through two innings…Up by four in the top of the fifth he came out hot punching out three straight for the second time this game…ended the game with 11 strikeouts through six innings pitched, a season high…allowing two hits, two runs, walking five batters. Nicholls (3/14): With his third start of the season he struck out six batters…walked six Colonels, allowing three hits and two runs through four innings. Arkansas State (3/21): Starting his fourth game of the season he pitched five innings…punching out nine batters, allowing three hits and walking two…earned his second win of the season. Alabama (4/7): Coming into relieve in the bottom of the third he punched out four batters, walked four, allowing one hit and three runs through 2.1 innings pitched.

Played four years under head coach Mark Monaghan at DeSoto Central… Named First Team All-State in 2021 and 2022… Gained Perfect Game Preseason All-American honors his Sophomore, Junior, and Senior years… Struck out 96 batters in 55.1 innings of work his senior year, helping set the all-time strikeout record at DeSoto Central… Member of the State Championship Runner-Up team in 2022… Also played soccer for four years at DeSoto Central.

Born Bradley John Loftin on October 7, 2003, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana…Son of Bo and Christine Loftin…Has one brother, Bryan, and one sister, Natalie…Father Bo played baseball for the University of New Orleans and in the Cincinnati Reds organization…Grandfather Bill played at LSU and in the LA Dodgers organization.
