Jackson State (2/24): Earned his first start of the season, pitching 2.0 innings and holding the Tigers scoreless while striking out two to earn the win. Tulane (2/28): Pitched 2.1 scoreless innings in relief, striking out four and allowing three hits in a no-decision. Kent State (3/5): Struck out a season-high five batters and did not allow a hit or a walk in 4.1 innings of relief to earn his second win of the season. Eastern Michigan (3/12): Pitched one scoreless frame while striking out two to help clinch a 14-0 victory.
