2011: Saw action in all 12 regular season games as well as the Music City Bowl, catching 10 passes for 114 yards and a touchdown . . . Opened up the season by catching a 25-yard pass in the win at Memphis . . . Had his best game of the season At Auburn with three catches for 46 yards and a score . . . Finished the season with catches in four of the last five games, including two for 19 yards at Arkansas.
2010: Played in all 13 games, earning three starts . . . Caught 22 passes for 316 yards and two touchdowns . . . Also rushed six times for 24 yards . . . Earned an opening-night start in the Bulldogs’ win over Memphis and had a career night with five receptions for 112 yards and a pair of touchdowns . . . Hauled in at least two passes in six other games . . . Rushed four times for 26 yards against UAB.
2009: Saw immediate playing time among the wide receiver corps during his true freshman season . . . Rushed nine times for 27 yards and caught seven passes for 36 yards . . . Carried twice for 14 yards in his first career action against Jackson State . . . Had a career-high three rushes in win over Vanderbilt .. Returned a pair of kickoffs for a total of 40 yards on the year.
HIGH SCHOOL: Rated the No. 33 “athlete” in the country by national recruiting website Rivals.com . . . That site also has him listed as the No. 15 prospect in Alabama, regardless of position, the top “athlete” listed and the second-best wide receiver . . . Played in just five games during his senior season for Jess Lanier, a campaign cut short by a high ankle sprain . . . Still caught 14 passes for 330 yards, a 23.6-yard average, and five touchdowns . . . Also rushed 21 times for 136 yards, a 6.5-yard per carry average . . . Had transferred to Lanier following his junior season at Bessemer Academy . . . Selected to the Birmingham News Super Senior list prior to his senior season . . . Led Bessemer Academy to back-to-back 13-0 records during his sophomore and junior seasons . . . Named first-team, all-state by the Alabama Independent Schools Association following his junior season at Bessemer Academy and selected to the Birmingham News Super Metro team for all classifications as a wide receiver . . .
