Volleyball Inks Aguilar To 2025 Recruiting Class

STARKVILLE – Head Coach Julie Darty Dennis announced the addition of Argentina native Bernardita Aguilar to the Mississippi State Volleyball team on Friday.

"We are absolutely thrilled of the addition of Berni to our family," Dennis said. "She is an experienced and talented player that will come in and make an immediate impact. Fans will see and feel her passion when you watch her play, she loves to compete. I know she will fall in love with the special community of Starkville."

Aguilar comes to Starkville by way of Pergamino, Buenos Aires. She played club volleyball for Comunicaciones de Pergamino and attended Colegio San José in Pergamino.

Aguilar, an opposite hitter, becomes the third signee to State's 2025 signing class. Dennis inked a pair of outside hitters, Hailey Campagna and Lindsey Mangelson, on National Signing Day in November. The trio will join a Bulldog squad that returns 12 players from last year's team.
