Martin Emerson enjoyed a monster game to headline the efforts of Mississippi State's alumni in the NFL during Week 6.
Emerson finished second on the Cleveland Browns with six solo tackles and had two pass defenses in their 19-17 win over the previously unbeaten San Francisco 49ers. He also intercepted the first pass of his career and returned it for 14 yards.
Emerson currently holds the NFL's lowest completion percentage of any player targeted at least 10 times at 30. He has only allowed six catches among the 20 passes thrown his way this season.
Dak Prescott was tied for the best grade among quarterbacks by Pro Football Focus (PFF) during Week 6 at 90. Prescott completed 21 of 30 passes for 272 yards, one touchdown and no interception and also led Dallas rushing with 40 yards on seven carries and his first TD on the ground this year in the Cowboys' 20-17 win at the Los Angeles Chargers on Monday Night Football.
Prescott's 18-yard touchdown run was the longest rushing score of his career and the longest by a Cowboys' signal caller since Jon Kitna's 29-yarder on Nov. 21, 2010.
Chris Jones provided a sack for Kansas City and now has 5 ½ on the year for the Chiefs. Jones ranked fifth among interior defenders with a 84.6 overall defensive grade last week and also sits fifth for the season at 90.1 overall.
Willie Gay Jr. was Kansas City's top tackler during its 19-8 win over the Broncos, making six stops and also recovered a fumble to seal the win in the waning moments of the fourth quarter.
Denico Autry recorded a tackle for loss and also blocked the seventh extra point of his career as the Tennessee Titans played across the pond in London, England.
Logan Cooke punted four times for a 50.8-yard average for the Jacksonville Jaguars, including a season-long 62-yarder. Since net punting started being tracked in 1976, Cooke's 43.7-yard average is the best in NFL history.
Tyrus Wheat was activated from Dallas' practice squad and made his NFL debut on Monday Night Football against the Chargers.
