Volleyball Blanked By No. 13 Florida

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State's volleyball team faced its highest ranked opponent of 2022 at home and was blanked by No. 13 Florida [25-18, 25-22, 25-19] during Friday evening's action inside the Newell-Grissom.
Gabby Coulter and Emily Oerther combined for 18 assists, while Coulter added 7 digs on the night.
Shania Cromartie tallied a team-leading 10 kills, while adding four digs and an ace on the night. Gabby Waden and Deja Robinson each recorded four kills apiece. Robinson added two blocks, while Waden issued one block.
Rebecca Walk and Lauren Myrick issued three kills apiece on the night. Myrick also added three digs and block, while Walk recorded one dig.
The Bulldogs are back home tomorrow, Oct. 15, for another match against No. 13 Florida. First serve is set for 5 p.m. CT and admission is free to all matches.
