Bulldogs Fall To No. 13 Florida

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State's volleyball team faced No. 13 Florida at home and was blanked by the Gators [25-19, 25-19, 25-22] during Saturday evening's action inside the Newell-Grissom.
Gabby Coulter and Emily Oerther combined for 28 assists and 12 digs, while Coulter added an ace on the night.
Gabby Waden tallied a team-leading 10 kills on a .333 hitting percentage, while adding three blocks and one dig.
Deja Robinson recorded six kills on a .308 hitting clip, while recorded two blocks. Shania Cromartie added five kills on the night.
Francesca McBride recorded a season-high four kills, while also adding one block. Lauren Myrick and Sania Petties also issued four kills apiece. Petties had a .333 hitting mark while also issuing three blocks. Myrick added seven digs and two blocks.
Mississippi State heads to Columbia, S.C. on Wednesday, Oct. 19 to take on South Carolina. First serve is set for 6 p.m. CT.
