PREVIEW: Women’s Basketball Travels to UT Martin Sunday

STARKVILLE – Mississippi State women's basketball will be on the road for the final time during the non-conference season. The Bulldogs will travel to Martin, Tennessee, to take on the Skyhawks of UT Martin on Sunday, Dec. 12.

• At Oklahoma, Myah Taylor passed Julana Harris for 10th on the all-time career assists list in program history. Taylor has earned 339 in her career.
• Taylor is averaging 3.6 assists per game in her career, ranking 6th all-time in program history if the season ended today.
• Jackson is 67 points shy of 1,000 for her career. She will become just the 24th member of the 1,000-point club at MSU. She recorded her 300th career rebound at Oklahoma.
• Anastasia Hayes is nine assists shy of 400 career assists.

This will be the seventh all-time meeting between the Bulldogs and Skyhawks and the second meeting at UT Martin. Mississippi State leads the all-time series 6-0. The two programs' last meeting was on Nov. 11, 2019, a game that MSU won 82-46 inside The Hump.
