FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – One final weekend of competition will serve as a tune-up for Mississippi State's track and field program before the Bulldogs head to the SEC Outdoor Championships on May 9-11.
MSU will split the weekend between the National Relays in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the Southern Miss Open in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Both meets will be run over April 26-27. MSU's No. 11 men's team will meet four ranked opponents in Arkansas, while the women are up against five other top-25 teams, including the top-ranked host Razorbacks.
The National Relays will be streamed live on SEC Network+ on Friday afternoon beginning at 3 p.m. CT. The relay events on Saturday will air live on SEC Network beginning at 10 a.m. The meet will be scored in the usual 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 fashion, but only the six men's and six women's relays will count toward team scores.
The Southern Miss Open will be broadcast by FloTrack and can be accessed with a paid subscription.
