MALIBU, Calif. – Three players represented the Maroon & White in Saturday's pre-qualifying competition at the Riviera/ITA All-American Championships. Emma Antonaki, Anastasia Rentouli and Magda Adaloglou went undefeated in first- and second-round singles action to move into the finals of the prequalies on Sunday.

A victory on Sunday would earn each player a berth in qualifying competition Oct. 2-3, with hopes of then earning a spot in the main draw Oct. 4-8.

State's rookie Antonaki - the nation's 10^th-ranked newcomer - held off Utah's Brianna Chisholm 6-4, 6-4 in Saturday's opening round. The freshman, a 9-16 seed in the draw, capped the day with an impressive three-set triumph over Jessica Failla of Pepperdine on her home court 4-6, 6-4, 6-3.

MSU's veteran Rentouli opened her second ITA All-American Championships' appearance with an impressive ledger as well. The Bulldog senior overpowered Columbia's Melissa Sakar 7-5, 6-2 in the inaugural round before claiming a three-set victory of her own to end the day, downing Illinois' Emile Duong 4-6, 7-6(5), 6-2.
The sophomore Adaloglou began her ITA All-American draw with a straight-set victory in the first round, where she toppled Loyola Marymount's Eva Marie Voracek 6-2, 6-2. In the second round, she upset sixth-seeded Eliza Omirou of Wake Forest 6-2, 4-6, 6-1.

All three Bulldogs will conclude prequalifying action Sunday.
