No. 11 Men's Relay Teams Advance To Saturday At Penn Relays

The short relay team advanced to the Championship of America races on Saturday in both the 4x100m and 4x200m relays.
The team of freshman LaChristopher Lewis, sophomore Marquis Davis, senior Dion Crabbe and junior Pierre Browne, had the third-best time in the 4x100m, rounding the oval in 40.20. The unit ranked fourth in the 4x200m with a mark of 1:23.34.
Freshman thrower J.D. Erickson also had a good meet, taking ninth in the shot put, throwing the shot 51-6 ?˝, his best outdoor collegiate mark.
Junior Kelvin Harris just missed the cut in the 110-meter hurdles, ranking 10th in the preliminaries with his time of 14.21.
Action begins Saturday for the Bulldogs at Franklin Field with the men's hammer throw at 12:15 p.m.
