SEC Coaches Classic Singles Draw

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – On the final day of action at the Southeastern Conference Coaches Classic, sophomore Trevor Foshey fell in singles competition to conclude play in Tuscaloosa.

Vanderbilt's Panu Virtanen defeated Foshey, 7-5, 6-1, as the Bulldog officially closed out play on Sunday.

Senior Mate Cutura did not compete after retiring early due to rest.

MSU travels to Pensacola, Fla., next Friday as Bulldog representatives will compete at the USTA Pensacola Futures. The event will mark the end of the fall season for the Maroon and White, with the next play date being on Jan. 20, 2017 to kick off the spring season against Pepperdine.
