
MSU, WSU Postponed Due To Rain; DH Set For Sunday

STARKVILLE, Miss. - In advance of impending inclement weather conditions, Saturday's scheduled second game of Mississippi State's season-opening baseball series with Pac-12 Conference foe Washington State has been rescheduled as part of a Sunday doubleheader at Dudy Noble Field.
The first game of Sunday's twinbill begins as scheduled at 1:30 p.m., with the second of the two nine-inning games set to begin approximately 30 minutes following the opener. Season ticket holders are advised to use Sunday's Game 3 ticket for the doubleheader.
The radio broadcast of first game of the doubleheader will be heard on WNMQ-FM (103.1)in Columbus, Miss., while game two of the twinbill will be heard on WKBB-FM (100.9). Both games will be offered via live audio and video streams to HailStateTV subscribers.
The Bulldogs successfully opened the 2012 campaign Friday night with a 6-2 win over WSU.
