Bulldogs Complete Play At BancorpSouth Intercollgiate

MADISON, Miss. – The Mississippi State men's golf team finished the two-day, 36-hole BancorpSouth Intercollegiate with a 308 clip for Tuesday's second round. The Bulldogs tallied 608 to land them in 14th for the event.
Freshman Chad Ramey led the linksters with a 5-over par 149 and finished the event tied for 41st. Ramey was followed by redshirt freshman Barrett Edens and sophomore and Brad Mason who turned in a pair of 152's.
Sophomore John Darden used a 6-over par 78 on Tuesday to card a 155, while junior Alex Rowland trailed him by two strokes with a 157.
The University of South Alabama won the BancorpSouth Intercollegiate posting a 5-unde par 571. Phillipp Westermann from Southeastern Louisiana was tops individually carding a 6-under par 138.
