
Brian Mason Leads Bulldogs After 36 Holes Of The Palisades Golf Classic

Sophomore Brian Mason carded MState's low rounds of the day with an opening-round even-par 72. The Dallas, Texas-product continued his stellar play in the second round, registering a career-best 3-under par round of 69. Mason birdied 12 of 36 holes played on Monday. Carlos Sainz, Jr. added MSU's second under par round in the afternoon, firing a 1-under par 71. Sophomore Logan Young had his best day of the spring session with rounds of 73 and 74. Matt Fast finished up the second-round scoring with a 2-over par 74.
Charlotte and Southeastern Louisiana share the 36-hole clubhouse lead at 13-under par.
