2015 (FRESHMAN)
Saw action in four games in her first season with MSU... Logged 91 minutes on the year, with a game-high 57 versus Southern Miss (Sept. 6)… Earned her first collegiate assist in the 4-0 win against Nicholls State (Sept. 4), after her pass found Payton Gruenewald for the final score of the game… Collected one point on the season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Her versatility as a defender and midfielder will give additional depth on the back half of the field … Was a varsity letter winner in all four years at Red Oak High School … Also played club soccer since age seven for the Solar Chelsea Soccer Club … Participated in the 2014 Texas Elite Clubs National League Player Development Program … In her final three summers with Solar Chelsea, recorded 62 starts out of 74 possible games … Led Red Oak to a Region II UIL Playoff appearance in all four of her seasons … Helped Red Oak to a No. 6 ranking in total offense and No. 9 in total defense in the Dallas-Fort Worth area … At the conclusion of her junior season was named District 28-4A first team All-District & Utility Player of the Year … Was named District 28-4A second team All-District after her sophomore season.

COMMUNITY SERVICE/ACADEMICS
Volunteered in the rebuilding and clean up of her hometown after it was affected by a tornado… Donates her time with local school children at car pool meet and greets.

Born Carly Blake English on Oct. 24, 1996 in Dallas, Texas … The daughter of Mary and Jason English, has one sibling Courtney… Father is a professional body builder… Majoring in kinesiology… Chose MSU because of the coaching staff and the beautiful campus… She played football in the eighth and ninth grade … Enjoys playing the flute and steel drums… Goal after college is to become a physical therapist.
