  • Became the all-time leading rebounder in the history of the NCAA Tournament in the Sweet Sixteen with her 222nd rebound, surpassing LSU’s Sylvia Fowles (2005-08). McCowan ended her career with 240 boards in the tournament.

  • Averaged 18.1 points, 18.8 rebounds and 4.5 blocks as a junior, earning all-state and USA Today All-Texas Second Team honors after leading BHS to a 29-4 record and the region quarterfinals.
  • Represented the United States at the 2014 FIBA Americas 18U Championship, helping it to a 5-0 record and the gold medal.
