Finished the year at the NCAA East Prelims (5/23) where he placed 29^th in the 400m hurdles with a time of 51.86 … finished 13^th in the 400m hurdles at the SEC Championships (5/9) … competed in the 400m hurdles at the National Relays (4/26) where he led off MSU’s 4x400m relay … finished fourth in the 400m hurdles at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/20) while also anchoring the third-place 4x400m relay team … won the 400m hurdles in 51.69 at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/12) … placed sixth in the 400m hurdles at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (3/29) in 52.01 after running 52.22 to qualify the day before … ran on MSU’s 4x400m relay team that placed third at the Texas Relays (3/30) … won the 400m hurdles at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays (3/23) in 51.23 … also ran on State’s 4x400m relay team that placed fourth in the opening meet and clocked a 48.74 in the open 400m.

2019 Indoor Season

Finished 10^th in 60m hurdles qualifying at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8) with a run of 8.19 before running 8.16 in the semifinals … ran 22.54 in the 200m and 8.21 in the 60m hurdles at the Razorback Invitational (1/25-26) … posted a personal-best 8.13 in the 60m hurdles in a fifth-place finish at the Vanderbilt Invitational … ran the 60m hurdles in 8.19 to finish fifth at the Vulcan Invitational (1/12) … finished seventh in the men’s 500m at the Blazer Invitational (1/11) with a mark of 1:05.74, also running the 4x400m relay in the meet.

2018 Outdoor Season

Competed at the USATF Junior Championships (6/16) where he won bronze in the 400m hurdles, finishing in 50.54 … finished 17^th at the NCAA Championships (6/6), running the 400m hurdles in 52.08 … broke the MSU freshman record in the 400m hurdles with a personal-best of 50.36 at the NCAA East Prelims (5/25) to advance to Oregon in sixth place … placed fifth and scored at the SEC Championships (5/11) in the 400m hurdles with a then-personal-best run of 51.07 … ran on the Championship of America-winning and school record-setting shuttle hurdle relay team at the Penn Relays (4/27) that finished in 57.04, the nation's top top that season … also ran the open 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay prelims at Penn … finished sixth in the 400m hurdles and ran on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Tennessee Relays (4/13) … ran on the second-place 4x400m relay at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7) where he also took sixth in the 110m hurdles with a personal-best 14.54 … helped run a then-school-record time of 57.16 in the shuttle hurdle relay to win the Florida Relays (3/31) where he also ran the 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles … opened the year by winning the shuttle hurdle relay with the No. 4 time in school history (57.58) at the Bulldog Relays (3/24) … also ran the 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay, finishing in the Top Five in each event.

2018 Indoor Season

Ran the 400m, 60m hurdles and distance medley relay at the SEC Championships (2/24) … the distance medley relay posted the third-fastest time in MSU indoor history and scored with a sixth-place finish … placed 10^th in the 60m hurdles with a personal-best time of 8.16 and also ran the 400m at the Music City Challenge (2/9) … broke his personal best in the 400m with a time of 48.24 at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3) … set a then-personal best in the 60m hurdles at the Crimson Elite Meet (2/2) with a time of 8.20 … ran the 60m hurdles and the 400m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) … competed in the 60m hurdles in his first appearance as a Bulldog at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/12).

Before the Bulldogs

A four-year letterwinner at Plano High School … holds school records in the 110m hurdles (13.75) and 300m hurdles (36.30) … also a member of the school-record-holding 4x100m and 4x400m teams … finished sixth in the 60m hurdles at the New Balance National Indoors with a high school personal best of 7.83 … finished second in the 300m hurdles and third in the 100m hurdles at the UIL 6A State Championships as a senior … six-time Junior Olympic champion … graduated high school with honors.
