2018 Outdoor Season

Helped push the Bulldogs to a 12^th-place finish in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Championships (6/6) … qualified for the NCAA East Prelims (5/24) in the 400m and ran the 4x100m and 4x400m relays … ran a personal-best 46.35 in the 400m at the SEC Championships (5/12) where he scored for the Bulldogs as part of both the 4x100m and 4x400m relays … also ran the 200m at the conference meet … was part of MSU’s fastest 4x400m relay of the season at the Penn Relays (4/28), crossing the line in 3:04.61 … also ran on the 4x100m and sprint medley relays … placed fifth in the open 400m and won the 4x400m relay at the Tennessee Relays (4/13) … finished ninth with a personal best in the 100m at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7), running a 10.59 … also ran on the third-place 4x100m relay … clocked a wind-aided 20.87 in the 200m at the Florida Relays (3/29) … won the 200m in a personal-best 20.76 at the Bulldog Relays (3/24) where he also helped win the 4x100m and 4x200m relays to open the season.

2018 Indoor Season

Ran the 400m and 4x400m relay at the SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/24) ... the 4x400m relay placed sixth and scored … a member of the 4x400m relay that placed second at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/17), finishing with a time of 3:07.33 … ran the 400m and 4x400m at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (2/9), placing sixth in the relay with a time of 3:08.49 … participated in both the 400m and 4x400m at the Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3), finishing in the Top 10 in both events … started the season competing in the 4x400m relay, finishing third place with a time of 3:10.27 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19).

2017 Outdoor Season

Ran on the 4x400m relay that placed 15^th with a time of 3:06.82 at the NCAA Championships (6/7) ... competed in both the 4x400m, placing eighth, and 400m, placing 36^th in the NCAA East Prelims (5/25) … a member of the 4x400m relay that finished in 3:05.65 to place eighth at the SEC Championships (5/11) ... also ran the 400m in 47.84 to place 26^th ... ran in three events and grabbed three Top Five finishes at the SEC Relays (4/28) … his 4x200m took third in 1:26.58, the 4x400m finished in 3:06.95 for fourth, and his sprint medley team clocked a 3:28.21 to finish fifth … ran the 400m at LSU Alumni Gold (4/22) with a time of 47.03 for 11^th place ... started the outdoor season by winning both the 4x200m and 4x400m relays at the Bulldog Relays (3/17).

2017 Indoor Season

Ran the 400 with a time of 47.17 and was a member of the 4x400m relay that placed sixth at the SEC Championships (2/24) … finished fourth in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:06.07 at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/18) ... placed fourth in the 400m with a time of 47.22 at the Music City Challenge (2/10) … also ran on the 4x400m relay that placed sixth ... placed seventh in the 400m with a time of 48.19 at the Boston University Scarlet and White (2/3) … ran the 200m in a personal-best 21.69 and competed on the 4x400m relay that clocked a 3:08.06 to place fifth at the Razorback Invitational (1/27) .. finished second in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:09.02 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) where he also took 23^rd in the 200 and 27th in the 60m … ran on the winning 4x400m relay team that clocked a 3.14.29 at the UAB blazer Invitational (1/13) … also placed ninth in the 300m with a time of 34.43 and 14^th in the 60m.

2016 Outdoor Season

Ran on the 4x400m relay that advanced to the finals of the NCAA Championships (6/8) … placed seventh in the 4x400m with a time of 3:04.01 at the NCAA East Prelims (5/26) where he also ran the 400m and 4x100m relay … ran on the winning 4x400m with a time of 3:07.18 at the Jace LaCoste Invitational (4/30) where he also finished the 200m in 21.10 to place fifth ... placed second in the 4x400m relay and 10^th in the 400m at the LSU Alumni Gold (4/23) … ran the 200m in 21.42, placing 10^th, and took fourth in the 4x400m with a time of 3:09.28 at the LSU Battle on the Bayou (4/9) … finished second in the 4x400m relay, fourth in the 4x200m and seventh in the 400m with a time of 46.89 at the Florida Relays (3/31) … won the Florida State Relays (3/25) 4x400m with a time of 3:10.00 while also grabbing a second-place finish in the 400m with a time of 46.79 … his sprint medley relay team set the school record with a time of 3:13.12 at Florida State … took second in the 4x400m, clocking in at 3:09.38, at the Alabama Relays (3/17).

2016 Indoor Season

Finished sixth at the NCAA Championships (3/11) with a 3:06.30 performance in the 4x400m relay … won the 4x400m relay at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/20) in 3:06.69 … a member of the 4x400m relay team that took second at the Music City Challenge (2/12) with a time of 3:08.57 … placed second in the 400m at the Armory Track Invitational (2/5) where he posted a time of 48.03 … also won the 4x200m and 4x400m relays … a member of the winning 4x400m relay team at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/29) … also ran the 200m and 60m … ran the 60m, 200m and 4x400m relay at the Conference Clash/Power Five Invitational (1/22) … grabbed three Top 10 finishes at the Commodore Invitational (1/15) while winning the 4x400m relay … also took ninth in the 200m and 10^th in the 60m … ran a personal-best 6.90 in the 60m to open the season at the LSU Purple Tiger (1/8).

2015 Outdoor Season

Competed in the 200m, 4x100m and 4x400m relays at the SEC Championships (5/14) … ran on the winning 4x100m relay at the Jace LaCoste Invitational (5/1) where he also took sixth in the 400m … ran a wind-aided 21.37 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/17) to place third in the 200m while also winning the 400m in 47.33 … ran on the 4x400m relay team that placed fourth at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/16) … a member of the winning 4x400m relay at the AL vs. MS Border Clash (4/10) where he also took third in the 4x100m and 400m … took second in the sprint medley relay at the Florida Relays (4/2) where he also ran on the 4x100m relay … finished seventh in the 100m with a time of 10.70 at the Crimson Tide Invitational (3/27) and was a member of the 4x100m relay that placed fifth … opened the year on the 4x200m and 4x400m relays at the Alabama Relays (3/19).

2015 Indoor Season

A member of the 4x400m relay team that finished second at the Alex Wilson Invitational (2/21) with a time of 3:08.99 … posted a 22.11 200m time and placed second in the 4x400m relay at the SPIRE Indoor Invitational … ran a 6.92 in the prelims of the 60m, took second in the 4x200m and third in the 4x400m at the Armory Track Invitational (1/30) … placed eighth in the 60m with a then-personal-best time of 6.91 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/23) where he also took 10^th in the 200m with a time of 21.95 … also ran on the 4x400m relay that finished fifth … took third in the 200m and 4x400m relay at the Commodore Invitational (1/16) … opened his career with a seventh-place finish in the 4x400m relay at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/9) where he also ran the 300m.

Competed at Madison Central High School, where he lettered all four years and served as team captain ... broke the 200m and 400m school records his senior year ... won state championships in the 400m in 2012 and the 200m in 2013.
