2018 Outdoor Season

Ran the 400m at the SEC Championships (5/12) in a season-best 48.25 … placed fourth in both the 4x100m and 4x200m relays at the Tennessee Relays (4/13) … also ran the open 400m … finished second in the 4x400m relay at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7) and ran in the open 400m … set a personal-best in the 200m at the Bulldog Relays (3/24) where he finished 11^th in 21.70.

2018 Indoor Season

Finished 15^th in both the 200m and 400m at the Music City Challenge (2/9) ... posted a personal best in the 200m at 21.94 … ran on the 4x400m relay that finished fifth at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19) and ran the 200m and 400m … competed in the 200m at the UAB Vulcan Invitational (1/13) … ran the 4x400m and distance medley relays at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/12) … distance medley relay won the event.

2017 Outdoor Season

Ran three relay at the SEC Relays (4/28) and finished in the Top Five in each … finished third in the 4x200m and distance medley relays and took fifth in the sprint medley relay … placed fourth in the 400m at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 47.88, the best of his MSU career … ran on the winning 4x400m relay at the South Alabama Invitational (4/15) that finished in 3:17.52 while also taking sixth in the 400m … ran the 200m in 22.12 at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7) … competed on the distance medley relay team that placed second at the Florida Relays (3/30) while also running the 400m … placed seventh in the 200m with a then-personal-best, wind-aided time of 21.89 and was a member of the winning sprint medley relay.

2017 Indoor Season

Competed in the 400m at the SEC Championships (2/24) … placed 10^th in the 200m at the Music City Challenge (2/10) with a then-personal-best 22.01 while also running the 400m … ran the 400m, 4x400m relay and distance medley relay at the Razorback Invitational (1/27) … competed in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m relay at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) … opened his career with a fifth-place finish in the 500m at the UAB Blazer Invitational (1/13).

2016 Outdoor Season (At Iowa Western CC)

Named a second-team NJCAA All-American for his performance on the 4x400m relay that finished third at the NJCAA Championships (5/17) … also finished fifth in the 400m, seventh in the 4x100m relay and 12^th in the 200m at the Championships … won the Region XI Championships (5/7) in the 400m, 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay and took third in the 200m with a personal-best 21.09 … a member of the 4x100m relay that placed third and the 4x400m relay that took second at the Kansas Relays (4/20) where he also ran the 200m and 400m … placed third in the 400m and seventh in the 200m at the KT Woodman Classic (4/13) … finished third in the 400m and ninth in the 200m at the Grizzly Invite (4/9) … opened the season by winning the 400m at the Reiver Open (4/1).

2016 Indoor Season (At Iowa Western CC)

Placed 16^th at the NJCAA Championships (3/4) in the 400m … won Region XI Championship (2/19) in the 200m and 4x400m relay while also taking third in the 400m … ran a then-personal-best time of 21.98 in the 200m at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/12) to finish sixth and took fourth in the 400m … was a member of the winning 4x100m relay team at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/5) and also ran the 400m … his 4x100m relay team won the Jayhawk Classic (1/28) in 3:15.82 while he took third in the 400m … finished eighth in the 400m and second in the 4x400m relay at the Holiday Inn Invitational (1/15) … placed fifth in both the 600m and 4x400m relay to open the season at the Ward Haylett Invitational (1/9).

2015 Outdoor Season (At Iowa Western CC)

Earned a silver medal on the 4x400m relay team at the NJCAA Championships (5/14) where he also competed in the 400m … placed fourth in the 400m and ninth in the 200m at the Region XI Championships (4/26) … a member of the runner-up sprint medley relay team at the Drake Relays (4/22) … ran the 400m at the Kansas Relays (4/15) … placed ninth in the 400m at the KT Woodman Classic (4/8) where his 4x400m relay team finished second … finished second in both the 400m and 4x400m relay at the Reiver Easter Open (4/3) … placed ninth in the 200m in 22.43 at the Wildcat Classic (3/27) where he also ran on the third-place 4x400m relay team.

2015 Indoor Season (At Iowa Western CC)

Placed third in the 4x400m relay at the NJCAA Championships (3/6) where his team set the school record in 3:12.92 … a member of the winning 4x400m relay team at the Region XI Championships (2/13) where he also finished fourth in the 400m … grabbed two Top 10 finishes at the SDSU Indoor Classic (2/13) in the 400m and 4x400m relay … won the 200m at the Fred Beile Classic (2/7) along with the 4x400m relay … also placed third in the 400m … ran the 400m and the 4x400m relay at the Jayhawk Classic (1/29) … placed second in the 4x400m relay at the Holiday Inn Invite (1/16) where he also ran the 600m … finished second in the 600m to open his collegiate career at the Ward Haylet Invitational (1/10).

Before the Bulldogs

Attended Iowa Western Community College, where he was a five-time USTFCCCA All-American, two-time Region XI Champion and a second-team NJCAA Outdoor All-American … graduated from Westlake High School … competed at the USATF National Junior Olympics in 2014 where he ran the 200m in 21.56 and the 400m in 47.95 to advance to the semifinals … won the state championship in the 4x400m as a senior and the 4x100m as a junior.
