2022 Outdoor Season
Finished 14th in the javelin at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays with a mark of 33.34m (3/23-3/26)...Placed seventh in the javelin at LSU Battle on the Bayou at 36.21m (4/2)...Competed in the Joe Walker Invitational in the javelin, Oetting finished in eighth place with a throw of 35.42m (4/8-4/9)...At the Maroon and White Invitational, Oetting set a personal best in the javelin with a mark of 37.04m (4/29-4/30).

Academics / Service
Dean's Scholar in spring 2021 ... President's Scholar in fall 2019 and spring 2020 ... Four-time Bulldog Honor Roll member ... Top Dawg award winner in spring 2020 ... Was Valedictorian for her class in 2019 at Festus HS ... Also was a member of the National Honors Society, Missouri Scholars 100, and a Bright Flight Scholar.
Before the Bulldogs
Graduated from Festus HS in 2019 where she competed in sprints and javelin for coach Wes Armbruster ... Earned herself All-Conference and All-District titles in 2018 for javelin ... Named All-Conference and All-District in 2019 for the 4x100m relay, as well as was a 4x200m relay Conference Champion ... Her personal-best for the javelin is a 34.7m throw ... Also played basketball and was named All-Conference and All-District three times as well as was named to the KJTT Basketball Dream Team ... Played Soccer and was named All-Conference and All-District four times, and was named to the KJTT Soccer Dream Team.Personal

Was a Mississippi State Track & Field Manager in 2020 and coach April Thomas had her throw a javelin on a whim, so she tried out ...
