2021 Outdoor Season

At the Bulldog Relays, he finished in seventh place in the 1500m at a new best of 3:59.76 (3/27) ... Competed in the 5000m at the Florida Relays, finishing in 14:22.73, a new personal best, in second place (4/2) ... Came in 14th in the 10,000m with a personal-best time of 29:58.36, making him fourth all-time at State, at the Virginia Challenge (4/16) ... At the SEC Championships, he ran to a 13th-place finish in the 10,000m as well as ran to a 22nd-place finish in the 5000m (5/15).

2021 Indoor Season

Finished the 3000m in sixth at the Commodore Indoor (1/16) ... Came in 16th in the 3000m with a new PR of 8:19.20 at the Razorback Invitational (1/30) ... Came in 18th in the 5000m, finishing with a personal best at the Music City Challenge in 14:33.02 (2/12) ... Came in 16th in the 5000m at the SEC Championships (2/26).

2020 Outdoor Season

Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Indoor Season

Placed ninth in the 3000m at the Blazer Invitational (1/11) … Placed fifth in the 5000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/18) ... Placed ninth in the 5000m while recording a personal best at 14:44.09 at the Music City Challenge (2/14) ... Ran a 14:41.15 in the 500m at the SEC Indoor Championships (2/28) placing 12th and also recording a new personal best.

2019 Outdoor Season

Opened the year in the 1500m at the Al Schmidt Bulldog Relays (3/22), finishing in 4:03.78 … Ran the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays (3/30) in 30:45.23 … Finished the 5000m at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/11) in 15:00.44 to place fifth … Placed second in the 3000m at the Southern Miss Open (4/27) with the fourth-fastest time in school history at 8:35.35 …Ran the 5000m and the 10,000m at the SEC Championships (5/9) including a personal-best 14:53.74 in the 5000m.

2019 Indoor Season

Placed third in the 3000m at the Vulcan Invitational (1/12) with a then-personal best 8:41.25 … Ran a personal-best 14:50.48 in the 5000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/18), where he finished fifth … Clocked a personal-best 8:35.90 in the 3000m at the Music City Challenge (2/9) … Ran the 5000m at the SEC Championships (2/22) in 14:58.13.

2018 Cross Country Season

Shattered his previous personal best in the 8K at the Falcon Classic, with a time of 26:03.17 that helped him finish 17^th … Improved on that mark the following meet with a personal-best 25:23.3 at the Greater Louisville Classic (9/29) in which he was the first Bulldog to finish … Finished 118^th at the Arturo Barrios Invitational (10/13), running the 8K in 26:34.1 … Ran the 10K at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/9).

2018 Outdoor Season

Ran in one event on the year … Placed eighth in the 5000m at the Bulldog Relays (3/23), crossing the line in 16:03.75.

2018 Indoor Season

Placed seventh in the 3000m with a time of 8:57.86 at the UAB Vulcan Invitational (1/13) … Ran the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) in 9:19.44 … Finished the 5000m at the Music City Challenge (2/10) in 15:15.81.

2017 Cross Country Season

Finished the Golden Eagle Duals 6K (9/2) 21:13.7 … Placed 23^rd at the Falcon Classic (9/16) where he ran the 8K in 28:09.3 … Finished the Crimson Classic 8K (10/13) in 28:05.6.

2016 Cross Country Season

Competed in two events during the season … Made his collegiate debut at the Memphis Twilight Classic (9/3) where he placed 81st overall with a time of 21:37.27 in the 4K … Grabbed 184th with a time of 27:59.1 in the 8K at the Commodore Classic (9/17).

Before the Bulldogs

Ran cross country and track at East Central High School … Won the state title in both the 1600m and 3200m on the outdoor track his senior year … Finished the 1600m in 4:40.25 for a comfortable victory by nearly 13 seconds … Finished the 3200m in 10:03.13, winning by almost 32 seconds … Named the Sun Herald’s Player of the Week for his performance … Also won the state cross country title in the fall of his senior year.
