2017 SOPHOMORE SEASON: Appeared in all 13 games, earning six starts – vs. Charleston Southern (9/2), at No. 11 Georgia (9/23), vs. BYU (10/14), vs. UMass (11/3), at Arkansas (11/18) and in the TaxSlayer Bowl vs. Louisville (12/30) … Racked up 26 tackles, including 3.5 tackles for loss … Recorded at least one tackle in 11 of the 13 contests he played, including six multi-tackle performances … Made first start of his career vs. Charleston Southern (9/2), recording two tackles with a career-high 1.5 tackles for loss and the first forced fumble of his career … Also helped force two safeties in the first half against the Buccaneers … Collected three tackles and his first pass break-up of his career against No. 11 LSU (9/16) … Turned in a strong performance vs. No. 2 Alabama (11/11) with three tackles, which included his first-career sack … Closed the regular season tying his career high with five tackles vs. Ole Miss (11/23) in the Egg Bowl.
