2021 All-SEC Freshman Team (Outdoor) – Triple Jump

2021 Outdoor Season

At the Bulldog Relays, she finished in first in the triple jump at 12.69m, making her No. 5 all-time at State, and finished fifth in the long jump at 5.94m^w (3/26-27) ... Came in 16th at the Florida Relays in the long jump (4/2) ... Had a 20th-place finish in the 100m, running it for the first time, as well as a fifth-place finish in the triple jump (4/17) ... At the SEC Championships she competed to a 16th-place finish in the long jump and a 13th-place finish in the triple jump (5/15) ... Named to the All-SEC Freshman Team ... Competed in the triple jump at the NCAA East Prelims, finishing in 46th at 11.50m^w (5/29).

2021 Indoor Season

Competed in her first collegiate meet at the Commodore Indoor, winning the triple jump at 12.29m and competing in the 60m dash where she finished 12th in the prelims (1/16) ... Competed in the long jump for the first time collegiately at the Razorback Invitational, finishing in sixth at 5.81m; also competed in the triple jump, finishing in seventh at 12.10m (1/30) ... Finished third in the long jump at the USC Indoor Open, finishing with a personal best; as well as first in the triple jump (2/13) ... Competed at the SEC Championships, finishing in 10th in the long jump at 5.86m, a personal best, and scored in the triple jump where she finished seventh with another PR at 12.88m, putting her into the top-5 at State (2/26-27).

Academics / Service

Named USTFCCCA All-Academic in 2021 ... Two-time President's Scholar in fall 2020 and spring 2021 ... Named twice to the Bulldog Honor Roll and earned Top Dawg Honors ... Was named to the Superintendent's List all four years at Belle Chasse High School.

Before the Bulldogs

Competed at Belle Chasse High School where she was named team MVP three times … won the district and regional championships in the triple jump her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons … holds school records in the long and triple jumps.

Personal

Born Amy Loretta Warren on April 23, 2002 … son of John and Amanda Warren … father … has two brothers, John and Travis … John competed in track and field at Southern Miss where he holds school records in the long and triple jumps and was a six-time All-American … Travis played football at Richmond … a double major in fashion merchandising and design.
