CAREER: An elite, versatile offensive lineman who was an unquestioned team leader during his career … Three-year starter who played in 45 games with 38 starts (25 at left guard, 13 at center) … Voted one of five team captains for the 2019 season … Moved from left guard to center during spring ball prior to senior year, replacing second-round NFL Draft pick and All-American Elgton Jenkins … In three seasons as a starter, played 2,246 snaps (1,449 at left guard, 797 at center) and allowed just two sacks across 1,031 snaps in pass protection, according to Pro Football Focus … Helped the Bulldogs lead the SEC and finish tied for fourth among Power 5 programs with 16 200-yard rushing performances from 2018-19 … Participated in the 2019 NCAA Elite Student-Athlete Symposium in Indianapolis, which consisted of some of the best rising juniors in the nation … Graduated in December 2019 with a degree in human development and family sciences.

2018 JUNIOR SEASON: Started 12 games at left guard … Played 676 snaps (333 PBLK; 343 RBLK) … Missed the Auburn game due to a lower body injury … No. 5 overall graded guard in the SEC (71.1) by Pro Football Focus and had the No. 5 best pass-blocking grade (82.9) … His 71.7 run-blocking grade also ranked No. 5 in the league … 42 snaps came at center … Allowed only one sack, three quarterback hits, and five hurries for just nine total pressures … Part of a line that helped the offense rank second in the SEC in both rushing yards per game (223.6) and yards per rush (5.7) … Helped pave the way for the offense to rush for 300 or more yards in an SEC-best four games … Cleared paths for the offense to rack up a season-high 384 yards on the ground at Kansas State (9/8) … Anchored a front that cleared paths for 331 yards rushing vs. Louisiana (9/15) as the offense averaged 8.5 yards per play … Finished with an 83.9 overall grade from PFF against the Ragin Cajuns with an 85.1 grade in the pass game and 83.2 grade in the run game … Allowed his only sack on the year at Kentucky (9/21) … Produced a season-high 86.1 pass-blocking grade vs. No. 16 Texas A&M (10/27) and did not allow a single pressure ... 2017 SOPHOMORE SEASON: Arguably graded out higher than any offensive lineman on the roster in 2017 … Started all 13 games at left guard … Named SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week after huge 37-7 win vs. No. 11 LSU (9/16) … Graded out at 99 percent with three knockdowns in just his third career start in that contest … Became the first MSU offensive lineman to earn the SEC honor since Nov. 2016 … Paved the way for a Bulldog offense that rushed for 285 yards, the most allowed by LSU since 2015 … Part of an MSU offensive line that allowed the fewest sacks in the SEC and fifth-fewest nationally (13).
2016 REDSHIRT FRESHMAN SEASON: Played in the first seven games of the year … Saw most of his action on PAT and field goal units … Was in on 32 snaps during the year, including a season-high seven at UMass (9/24) … Suffered a neck injury in the third quarter of the Kentucky game and missed the final six games of the year.
