Ran a personal-best 26:43.56 in the 8K at the Falcon Classic (9/15), earning a 22nd place finish โฆ Reset his collegiate-best 8K time with a mark of 26:10.9 at the Greater Louisville Classic (9/29) โฆ Finished 178th in the 8K at the Arturo Barrios Invitational (10/13), running 27:48.1.ย

Placed sixth in the 5000m at the Bulldog Relays (3/24) with a time of 15:52.18 โฆ Ran the 1500m at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/7) where he finished in 4:06.43.ย

Made his indoor debut in the 3000m at the UAB Vulcan Invitational (1/13), finishing in 9:02.53 for 10th place โฆ Broke his personal best in the 3000mย at the Music City Challenge (2/10), finishing in 8:55.53 to place 42nd.ย
2017 Cross Country
Made his MSU debut at the Golden Eagle Duals (9/2) where he turned in a time of 20:24.20 in the 6K โฆ Finished 12th in the Falcon Classic 8K (9/16) with a time of 27:12.60 โฆ Ran a 26:13.90 in the 8K at the Paul Short Gold (9/29) โฆ Finished the 8K at the Crimson Classic (10/13) in 26:40.50 โฆ Ran a 34:18.20 10K at the NCAA South Region Championships (11/10).ย
Before the Bulldogs
Ran all four years at Mahomet-Seymour High School โฆ Turned in his fastest 1600m on the outdoor track at his schoolโs home meet with a time of 4:30.04 โฆ His fastest 800m also came outdoors at the Illinois 2A sectionals where he won the event with a 1:57.49 โฆ Helped his cross country team to state runner-up finishes in 2014 and 2015, and a state title in 2016 โฆ Team earned a spot in the Nike Cross Nationals in 2016.ย
