Bulldogs Drop Game Two against Alabama

Series-deciding game three is scheduled for 5 p.m.
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – The Mississippi State Bulldogs fell to the Alabama Crimson Tide in game two of the series by a score of 11-1.
Dakota Jordan extended his hitting streak to seven games in the contest with a single in the fourth inning. Kellum Clark and Ross Highfill also collected hits for the Dawgs in the game.
Bradley Loftin made his first SEC appearance on the mound, entering in relief in the third. He picked up four strikeouts, allowing one hit. Loftin held Alabama scoreless in the third and fourth inning.
The Bulldogs and Crimson Tide are back in action on Saturday for game three of the series. First pitch is set for 5 p.m. and is set to broadcast on ESPNU.
Drew Williamson singled to center to score Seidl and Eblin. Ed Johnson homered to left, a three-run homer.
