MSU Heads To Oxford For Joe Walker Invite

STARKVILLE – The Mississippi State track and field program will head north to compete at the 2023 Joe Walker Invitational this weekend in Oxford, Mississippi.

The meet will be held at the Ole Miss Track & Field Complex beginning on Friday (April 7) and culminating on Saturday (April 8).

All the action begins at 11 a.m. on Friday with field events, followed by running events starting at 5:15 p.m. later that day. On Saturday, the field events will start at 10:30 a.m. followed by the running events starting at 2 p.m. and wrapping up at 5:55 p.m. with the men's and women's 4x400m relays.

A total of 29 athletes will represent Mississippi State in the Maroon and White this weekend, including 17 on the women's side and 12 men making the short trip to Oxford.
